Welcome to Troop 181:

Established in 1930 in Paoli, PA, Troop 181 has been nurturing and developing tomorrow’s leaders for more than 90 years. The founder of the Scouting movement, Lord Baden-Powell, called scouting “a game with a purpose.” The game is fun and adventure. The purpose is to teach leadership and values.

We’re a moderate-sized but diverse boys’ troop of 20 to 30 scouts. A scout in Troop 181 is not lost among the masses and has opportunities to take on leadership roles.
